Customer Supplied Items Terms & Conditions

Our Wearhouse/Green Bolt (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) primarily, and preferably, works with items sourced directly from industry vendors. These items have not only been designed and manufactured specifically for the decoration industry, but also tested and proven by the industry for quality outcomes.

And though our industry's item offering is large and continuously growing, We understand that not all items or styles of items are available and that our clients may prefer styles only found through retail or non-industry brands with custom cut and sew manufacturing.

Our Wearhouse/Green Bolt accepts Customer Supplied Items (referred to as "Items" in this Agreement) for printing, embroidery, and engraving on a case-by-case basis.

We do not accept antique or otherwise sentimental Items.

 

By supplying your own Items for decoration, you understand and accept the following terms and conditions.

1. Any items received and determined by Us to be too soiled, too worn or damaged may be charged an additional cleaning fee or refused for service.
2. Items must be received with a list.
3. Green Bolt/Our Wearhouse is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement should customer supplied items become damaged in the printing, embroidery, or engraving process. Your product(s) is/are your responsibility. Customer supplied garments cannot be guaranteed in any way. In the event of an error or damage to the item, we will not be able to replace the item nor issue a refund for any materials used or time spent on the project. 
4. Green Bolt/Our Wearhouse is not responsible for any uncontrollable manufacturing mishaps, such as machinery malfunctions, unexpected performance of customer supplied items, etc. Precision Imprint is not liable for replacement of / reimbursement for supplied items damaged in the screenprinting or embroidery process.
