Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for misprinted products. You have 30 calendar days, after receiving your products to request a return or replacement if you find that the product's imprint quality is not what you expected. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if the imprint is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer's Remorse/Error including wrongly ordered sizes as everything is made-to-order; requesting a size exchange would require producing an entirely new product.
  • Manufacturer Defects including shrinkage, loose threads, pilling, etc. (We make every effort to test and recommend quality products but can not make any guarentees as we are not the manufacturer, only the decorator of an alredy manufactured product.)
  • Shade Variations including Garment-dyed, Pigment-dyed, Mineral-washed products. (We make every effort to note in the product's description if it has shade variations due to its dye, fabric, or manufacturing process but can not gusrentee shade consistency as we are not the manufacturer, only the decorator of an already manufactured product.)
  • Gift Cards

To be eligible for a return, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. your Order Number) and a detailed description of the problem with quality photos and/or videos where we can see the issue.

Please note that the misprinted product(s) may need to be returned for inspection. If required, you will receive a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 

 

Lost in Transit

All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your original product and whether or not a refund is approved.

If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take up to an additional 10 business days for your bank or credit card to process and post your refund to your account.

Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your original product(s) and whether or not a replacement is approved.

If approved, the replacement product(s) will be reproduced within 10 business days and shipped Economy, provided the item is still available. It may take up to an additional 8 business days for your replacement order to be delivered.

If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your replacement for reproduction, please contact us at hello@ourwearhouse.com

 

Cancellation Requests

We will make every effort to accommodate your request to cancel your order. However, once an order enters into production, it cannot be cancelled. Orders may enter into production as quickly as within the same hour the order is placed, therefore Cancellation Requests must be received as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation Requests received after the Order Cutoff Time* the same day the order is placed cannot be accommodated as the order has already entered production.

*Order Cutoff Time is 2pm Eastern and is subject to change. Please refer to the announcement bar at the top of the website for any changes to the Order Cutoff Time for the day.
